Freedom of Movement. The Bone Reaver Centipede ignores difficult terrain, and magical effects can't reduce its speed or cause it to be restrained. It can spend 5 feet of movement to escape from nonmagical restraints or being grappled.

Wall Climb: The Centipede may climb walls or the ceiling at the same speed.

Actions

Multiattack. The  Bone Reaver Centipede can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Claw.  Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d6 + 8) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage.

A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the  Bone Reaver Centipede's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Defense Form: The centipede movement speed is halved, but it gains immunity to non-magical blunt, piercing, and slashing attacks, as well as gaining 4 AC and the reaction Retaliation.
