Indomitable Pursuit. If the Rorzakh moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target, it gains advantage on its next slam attack against that target this turn.
Multi-Attack. The Vahki makes two attacks: two with its slam, or one with its slam and one with its Staff of Suggestion, or one with its Binding Shot.
Staff of Presence (Recharge 5-6). Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) psychic damage and the target must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target becomes linked with the Vahki. During this time, the Vahki can use an action to see or hear through the senses of the linked creature, without the creature's awareness. The effect ends after one hour or if a dispel magic is cast.
Binding Shot (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Biped-Quadruped Transformation. As a bonus action, the Vahki can switch between its biped and quadruped forms. In quadruped form, it gains a +10 ft. speed bonus but has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws.
Description
In the labyrinthine tunnels of Onu-Metru, the Vahki Rorzakh move with relentless tenacity. These constructs hold an unwavering devotion to the capture of their targets, showing no restraint as they chase lawbreakers through treacherous mine shafts and unstable caverns. Possessed of an overzealous spirit, a Rorzakh would rather face annihilation than allow its prey to elude capture. Armed with Staffs of Presence, they not only track but also bear witness to the sights and sounds experienced by their quarry, an omnipresent guardian—or jailer—depending on your perspective.
