Traits

Siege Monster. The Vahki Vorzakh deals double damage to objects and structures.

Actions

Multi-Attack. The Vahki makes two attacks: two with its slam, or one with its slam and one with its Staff of Suggestion, or one with its Binding Shot.

Staff of Erasing (Recharge 5-6). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) psychic damage and the target must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or lose its memory for the last minute. The target becomes incapacitated until the end of its next turn.

Binding Shot (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Bonus Actions

Biped-Quadruped Transformation. As a bonus action, the Vahki can switch between its biped and quadruped forms. In quadruped form, it gains a +10 ft. speed bonus but has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws.

Reactions

End the Chase. When the Vahki Vorzakh reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it can immediately move up to its speed towards another target as a reaction.

Description

In the tangled streets of Le-Metru, chaos and creation walk hand-in-hand. It's here that the Vahki Vorzakh enact their relentless patrols. These constructs bear little patience for subtlety or finesse, opting instead for brute force. A Vorzakh will topple buildings and crumble chutes to capture a lone lawbreaker, an embodiment of wanton destruction in the pursuit of law and order. Wielding their Staffs of Erasing, they sever the memories of their captives, leaving them in a fog of oblivion, only to discover they have become unwitting players in the Vorzakh's theatre of annihilation.
