Three Heads. Abraxas has advantage on saving throws against being blinded, deafened, stunned, or knocked unconscious.
Multiattack. Abaraxas makes one Snakebite attack, one Constrict attack, and one Longsword attack and uses arcane word.
Snakebite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d4 + 7) force damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 22 Constitution saving throw or take 22 (5d8) poison damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a success.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) force damage, or 18 (2d10 + 7) force damage when used with two hands, plus 13 (3d8) poison damage.
Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 7) force damage plus 10 (3d6) acid damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and it takes 14 (2d6 + 7) force damage plus 10 (3d6) acid damage at the start of each of its turns. Abraxas can constrict only one creature at a time.
Arcane Word. Abraxas utters a word of power and one creature of his choice within 60 feet of him must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw or take 22 (4d10) psychic damage and be stunned until the start of its next turn.
