Vorinclex also may use an additional action on his next turn.
Voice of Hunger. Vorinclex lets out a thunderous roar, forcing all creatures within 60 ft. of him to succeed a DC 18 Charisma saving throw or become frightened of Vorinclex until the end of their next turn. Whenever a creature fails this saving throw, Vorinclex regains 11 (3d6) hit points.
