Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Elemental Mastery. While in your dragon form, you overcome an enemy's immunity to Psychic damage.
Multiattack. It makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 8 piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 8 slashing damage.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath/special weapons:
Psychic Breath. The dragon exhales mind-piercing scream that travels in a 90-foot line, 10-feet wide. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw, taking 4d20 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Disorienting Thoughts. You attempt to interrupt your opponents thoughts with a maddening roar of jumbled words of all languages known and unknown. The creature must make a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the creature misses the next two attack rolls it makes. On a successful save, you are instead confused by your own mental shout as it is rebounded back on you and will instead miss the next single attack roll you make.
Omnificent Glance (3/Day). You glimpse the future, prying apart the various outcomes of all potential actions of those around you. You have advantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws until initiative count 20 on the next round. Alternatively, you can use the knowledge of the future to give an ally a Natural 20 on their next attack roll. Choosing this option costs 2 Charges.
