Corpses. When first encountered, the sibriex has the corpses of 1d12 + 6 Humanoids grafted to its body. The sibriex can graft up to 18 corpses to its body. One corpse falls free from the sibriex for every 12 Slashing damage it takes. if the sibriex dies, these corpses can be cut free.
Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The sibriex's innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 21)

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If they sibriex fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. The sibriex has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Warped Echoes. The sibriex emits an aura of Far Realm energy 60 feet in every direction. Natural features become strange and alien and the ground in the aura is difficult terrain for other creatures. Any creature that starts its turn in the aura must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and be frightened for 1 minute. A creature that succeeds on the save is immune to this sibriex's Warped Echoes for 24 hours.
Multiattack. The sibriex makes three Abberant Appendage attacks and it uses Graft Corpse if available.
Abberant Appendage. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 7) psychic damage.
Graft Corpse. The sibriex targets one Humanoid corpse within 15 feet of it, along with any equipment the corpse is wearing or carrying and grafts it to its body via tentacles and tubes. The sibriex then regains 2d10 hit points.
Abberant Augmentation. The sibriex animates one corpse grafted to its body, turning it into a zombie. The zombie appears within an unoccupied space within 15 feet of the sibriex and acts immediately after it in the initaitive order. The zombie cannot move more then 15 feet of the sibriex and dies if the sibriex dies.
The sibriex can take 3 legendary actions choosing from the options below. only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn . the sibriex regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Psionics. The sibriex uses Innate Spellcasting.
Horrific Attack. The sibriex makes one Abberant Appendage attack
Grim Harvest (Costs 2 Actions). The sibriex uses Graft Corpse if available and then Abberant Augmentation immediately after.
Description
The most commonly known Sibriexes are those that dwell in the dark corners of the Abyss, amassing knowledge and gifted with the terrifying ability to magically grant new body parts to creatures. However, there are other relatives of this despicable, ancient creature, one of which being the elder, maddening Abberant Sibriexes. They are known only to the most devout or insane researchers, but when they mange to leak through from the Far Realm on to the Material Plane, they take great delight in distorting and enslaving entire continents.
Their body is a literal mountain of meat and machinery, being a gargantuan mass of rubbery, tentacled flesh with body parts made of semi-organic metal that creates tubes, pipes and armour across the Abberant Sibriexes body in strange and vibrant colours. They are not bound to normal biology, with the only thing resembling a face on their amalgamated bodies being a crescent of yellow eyes where a face is expected.
The most disturbing part of this nightmarish creature is how in a twisted version of the Abbysal Sibriexes ability to graft body parts to other creatures, Abberant Sibriexes can graft other creatures to their body parts. An Abberant Sibriex that has made an incursion to another plane will have the corpses of those it killed amassed on its body, trapped with wires, tentacles and pipes pumping the pale corpse with Far Realm energy, to give it a semblance of life, allowing the sibriex to puppet it as a Humanoid would their hand.
