Traits

Divine Awareness. Eilistraee knows if she hears a lie.

Innate Spellcasting. Eilistraee's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 25). Eilistraee can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Magic Resistance. Eilistraee has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Moonblade. Eilistraee's longsword is a magic weapon. When she hits with it, the target takes an extra 14 (4d6) radiant damage.

Actions

Multiattack. Eilistraee makes two attacks with her Moonblade.

Moonblade.
Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 19 (3d6 + 8) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) radiant damage.

Radiant Dance (Recharge 5-6). Eilistraee chooses a point within 60 feet of her. Radiant energy bursts forth in a 30-foot radius from that point. Each creature in that area must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Afterwards, the entire affected area becomes illuminated with dim light for 1 minute.

Harmonious Melody. Eilistraee sings a celestial tune. All allies within 60 feet of her are healed for 20 (4d8+2) hit points and are cured of any status conditions afflicting them.

Bonus Actions

Guiding Moonlight. Eilistraee targets one creature she can see within 60 feet of her. Until the end of her next turn, that creature has advantage on attack rolls, and any attack that hits the creature becomes a critical hit.

Moonlit Dance. Eilistraee gracefully moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks. During this movement, her form appears to blur, making it difficult to track her. Until the start of her next turn, any attack roll made against her has disadvantage.

Summon Moonbeams. Eilistraee calls forth 3 beams of moonlight at points she can see within 120 feet of her. Each beam fills a 5-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on a point. A creature that enters the cylinder for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there is engulfed in ghostly flames, taking 10 (3d6) radiant damage. The beams last until the start of Eilistraee's next turn.

Incorporate these bonus actions as needed, and remember that she can only use one bonus action per turn.

Reactions

Divine Parry. When another creature damages Eilistraee with a melee attack, she can reduce the damage she takes by 20 (5d8).

Legendary Actions

Eilistraee can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Eilistraee regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

  • Moonlit Step. Eilistraee moves up to half her speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
  • Radiant Slash (Costs 2 Actions). Eilistraee makes a Moonblade attack.
  • Heavenly Chorus (Costs 3 Actions). Eilistraee begins to sing a divine melody. All creatures of Eilistraee's choice within 60 feet of her become charmed until the end of their next turn.
Mythic Actions

On initiative count 10 (losing initiative ties), Eilistraee can take a mystic action to produce one of the following unique effects:

  1. Song of the Spheres: Eilistraee sings a primordial note that resonates with the very fabric of the cosmos. All hostile creatures within 60 feet must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn, overwhelmed by the sheer ancient power of the melody.

  2. Moonlit Pathway: With a sweep of her hand, Eilistraee creates a portal of shimmering moonlight. She, or any creature she designates, can step into the portal and emerge from another portal she creates within 500 feet. This is a teleportation effect, and creatures emerge from the second portal at the start of their next turn.

  3. Dance of the Stars: Eilistraee performs a celestial dance, summoning forth starry spirits to aid her. These spirits (use the stats for Will-o'-Wisps but with radiant damage instead of lightning) appear in up to four unoccupied spaces within 60 feet of her and act immediately on her initiative, obeying her commands. The starry spirits vanish on the next initiative count 10.

  4. Lunar Eclipse: Eilistraee draws upon the power of the moon, causing an area within 100 feet of her to be plunged into magical darkness, blocking even darkvision. This area of darkness lasts until the next initiative count 10.

  5. Whisper of the Ancients: Eilistraee whispers arcane secrets only known to the oldest deities. One creature she targets must make a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated by the knowledge until the end of their next turn. The creature also gains a temporary insight, granting it advantage on its next attack roll, saving throw, or ability check.

Once a particular mystic action is chosen, it can't be used again until the next initiative count 10.

Description

Eilistraee, the Dark Dancer, seeks to spread harmony and redemption throughout the lands. A beacon of hope, especially for the drow, her presence signifies the possibility of a brighter future. The grace with which she moves and the soft melodies she sings inspire all who witness her.

Lair and Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Eilistraee takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects:

  1. Lunar Blessing: Eilistraee blesses a 30-foot radius area within her lair. Any ally in this area at the start of its turn regains 10 hit points and is cleansed of one condition (chosen by the player or DM). This area remains blessed until the next initiative count 20.

  2. Ethereal Melody: A haunting, beautiful melody fills the lair. Every hostile creature must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the next initiative count 20. While charmed in this way, a creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.

  3. Moonlit Mirage: Eilistraee creates illusory duplicates of herself in three different points in the lair. Each duplicate mirrors her actions, making it impossible to discern the real Eilistraee from her duplicates. An attacker must choose at random one of the figures (including the real Eilistraee) to target. This effect lasts until the next initiative count 20.

  4. Silver Web: Eilistraee causes silvery threads to weave throughout a 30-foot radius area in her lair. This area becomes difficult terrain for hostile creatures. Additionally, any hostile creature that starts its turn in this area or enters it for the first time on its turn must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or become restrained. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, freeing itself on a successful save.

Once a particular lair action is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
