Ethereal Sight. The Banshadow can see 60 ft. into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.
Incorporeal Movement. The Banshadow can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Turn Resistance. The Banshadow has advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.
Multiattack. The Banshadow makes two withering touch attacks.
Withering Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) necrotic damage.
Mournful Wail (1/Day). The Banshadow releases a mournful wail, provided that it isn't in sunlight. This wail has no effect on constructs and undead. All other creatures within 30 feet of it that can hear it must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature drops to 0 hit points. On a success, a creature takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage.
Etherealness. The Banshadow enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. It is visible on the Material Plane while it is in the Border Ethereal, and vice versa, yet it can't affect or be affected by anything on the other plane.
Description
The Banshadow is a more malevolent and powerful form of a banshee. Instead of just wailing, it has a more tangible touch attack and greater resilience. Adjust the hit points, damage, or abilities as needed to fit the desired challenge for your campaign.
