Innate Spellcasting. The Dusk Wing's spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14). The Dusk Wing can innately cast the following spells, requiring only verbal components:

Caw of Death (Recharge 5-6). The Dusk Wing lets out a shrill caw. All creatures within 30 feet must succeed on DC 16 Constitution saving throw. Every creature who fails in this way takes 1d6 damage, and the dusk wing gains that many hit points.
The Dusk Wing can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Dusk Wing regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Teleport. The Dusk Wing teleports to an unoccupied space that it can see within 60 feet of it.
Talons (Costs 2 Actions). The Dusk Wing makes one attack with its talons.
Shadow Mark (Costs 3 Actions). The Dusk Wing chooses a creature it can see within 30 feet of it. That creature has disadvantage on strength and dexterity saving throws on its next turn.
