Almalexia

Special Equipment. Almalexia carries a magic longsword named Hopesfire.

Holy Light. Hopesfire sheds bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet. Fiends within the weapon's bright light have disadvantage on attack rolls.

Truth Seer. While holding Hopesfire, Almalexia has advantage on all Wisdom (Insight) checks.

Divine Concentration. Due to Almalexia's divine state, she can hold concentration on multiple spells.

Flaming Smite. When Almalexia hits a target with a melee weapon attack, she can expend one spell slot to deal fire damage to the target, in addition to the weapon's damage. The extra damage is 2d8 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st, to a maximum of 5d8. The damage increases by 1d8 if the target is an undead or a fiend, to a maximum of 6d8.

Aura of Protection. Whenever Almalexia or a friendly creature within 30 feet of her must make a saving throw, the creature gains a bonus to the saving throw equal to her Charisma modifier (+7).

Aura of Courage. Almalexia, and friendly creatures within 30 feet of her, can't be frightened.

Spellcasting. Almalexia is a 20th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 23, +15 to hit with spell attacks). Almalexia has the following Paladin spells prepared: 

1st level (4 slots): Cure Wounds, Heroism 

2nd level (3 slots): Aid, Lesser Restoration

3rd level (3slots): Aura of Vitality, Spirit Shroud

4th level (3 slots): Aura of Life, Death Ward

5th level (2 slots): Banishing Smite, Destructive Wave

Multiattack. Almalexia uses Almalexia's Wrath (if available), Lay on Hands, or Spellcasting. She then makes two attacks with Hopesfire.

Hopesfire. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 11) slashing damage plus 15 (3d10) lightning damage. If the target is an evil creature, they must succeed a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Almalexia's Wrath (Recharge 5-6). Melee Spell Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d10 + 10) necrotic damage. Almalexia heals for the necrotic damage done. Target must also succeed a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw on a successful hit. On a failed save, target becomes vulnerable to fire damage until the end of Almalexia's next turn. Target then takes 17 (2d6 + 11) fire damage. On a successful save, the target takes half as much fire damage and isn't vulnerable.

Lay on Hands. Almalexia has a pool of healing power that replenishes when she takes a long rest. With that pool, she can restore a total number of hit points equal to her paladin level x 5 (100).

Cleansing Touch. Almalexia can use her action to end one spell on herself or on one willing creature she can touch. She can use this feature a number of times equal to her Charisma modifier (7). She regains expended uses when she finishes a long rest.

Holy Light. As a bonus action, Almalexia can intensify Hopesfire's light, causing it to shed bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet, or reduce its glow to its normal intensity. 

Almalexia can take up to two reactions per round but only one per turn.

Attack of Opportunity. If a creature attempts to leave Almalexia's range, she will make a single attack with Hopesfire towards them.
