Channel Divinity (x2). Destroy Undead -

As an action, he presents his holy symbol and speaks a prayer censuring the undead. Each undead of his choice that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage.

A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can't willingly move to a space within 30 feet of you. It also can't take reactions. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there's nowhere to move, the creature can use the Dodge action.

When an undead fails its saving throw against his Turn Undead feature, the creature is instantly destroyed if its challenge rating is at or below a certain threshold (CR 1), as shown in the Cleric table above.

Spellcasting. Ephikles is a 9th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). Ephikles has following Cleric spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Toll the Dead, Guidance, Sacred Flame, Spare the Dying, Chill Touch
1st level (4 slots): False Ray, Ray of Sickness, Inflict Wounds, Bane
2nd level (3 slots): Spiritual Weapon, Silence, Blindness/Deafness, Hold Person, Ray of Enfeeblement
3rd level (3 slots): Animate Dead, Vampiric Touch, Bestow Curse, Spirit Shroud
4th level (3 slots): Blight, Death Ward, Stone Shape, Control Water
5th level (2 slots): Antilife Shell, Cloudkill, Contagion, Insect Plague

Multiattack. Ephikles makes two scythe attacks.

Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit:  6 (2d4 + 3) slashing damage and 3.5 (1d6 + 3) necrotic.

Supreme Allagion Commander. All friendly creatures that can see and hear Ephikles in a radius of 30 ft. can use their reaction to make an attack against any enemy within 5 ft. of them that make an attack against them and are immune to being frightened until the end of Ephikles's next turn.

Death Prelate. Cursed with knowledge of own his death, any non-radiant attack roll made against him that would kill him, he can instead make them roll a 1. He can do this a number of times equal to equal to his proficiency modifier.
