Description
One out of a thousand hill giants are born with a strange quirk: extremely high intelligence, and an aptitude for the law. These creatures, frustrated with the stale wit and crude lifestyle of his tribe, will leave, setting aside their weapons in pursuit of higher education. Their natural intelligence, in combination with their greed, always takes them down the path of law, becoming cut-throat politicians or heartless landlords. No one is sure what causes bill giants to be the way they are. Some scholars suspect it to be a simple genetic mutation, while some think it is a blessing from some unknown god of law. The bill giants will entertain the latter rather than the former, as "blessed by the gods" sounds a whole lot better on a resume than "Mutant". Almost all bill giants go by the name Bill, usually with some kind of title, like "Bill the prosecutor/executor" or, "Bill the fraudulent". Bill giants still feel all of the natural impulses of a hill giant, and will usually take yearly excursions away from civilized society to indulge in the foolish games and simple idiocy of hill giant life.
