Description

1st-level Warrior

Vandross Ephrates' parents resided in the prosperous village of Thundertree, east of the city of Neverwinter and at the edge of the Neverwinter Wood. But when nearby Mount Hotenow erupted thirty years ago, Vandross Ephrates' parents fled, carrying Vandross Ephrates in infancy. The family drifted from village to village around the region, finding work as servants or laborers where they could. Vandross Ephrates has spent the last few years in Neverwinter as a porter and laborer at the city's bustling docks. But it's clear to Vandross Ephrates and everyone around Vandross Ephrates that Vandross Ephrates is destined for much more. Vandross Ephrates stood up to an abusive ship captain once, so other dockworkers look up to Vandross Ephrates. Someday, Vandross Ephrates will come into Vandross Ephrates' own. Vandross Ephrates will be a hero. The ruins of Thundertree call to Vandross Ephrates. Vandross Ephrates' family and their friends once lived in prosperity there, and now they're reduced to menial labor. The ruins are haunted by ash zombies, and rumor has it a dragon has made its lair in the Old Tower, but those are problems a hero can solve. Slay the dragon, or drive it off, and Vandross Ephrates will prove—to Vandross Ephrates and everyone else—that Vandross Ephrates is a real hero, destined for greatness.

Rustic Hospitality. Since Vandross Ephrates comes from the ranks of the common folk, Vandross Ephrates fits in among them with ease. Vandross Ephrates can find a place to hide, rest, or recuperate among other commoners, unless Vandross Ephrates has shown Vandross Ephratesself to be a danger to them. They will shield Vandross Ephrates from the law or anyone else searching for Vandross Ephrates, though they will not risk their lives for Vandross Ephrates.
