Godly Visage. At the start of Bohena's turn, she can force each creature within 120 feet to make a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes frightened by Bohena for one minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of it's turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to Bohena's Godly Visage for the next 24 hours.
Goddess of War. At the start of her turn, Bohena can incite others to fight each other. She can force each creature within 120 feet to make a DC 25 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must use its reaction to attack the nearest creature to it. On a successive fail, the creature is affected by a bloody fury and becomes charmed by Bohena and must follow all verbal commands given to it by her. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to Bohena's Goddess of War for the next 24 hours.
Goddess of Death. At the start of her turn, Bohena glows with a dread light. She can force each creature within 120 feet to make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, an affected creature falls unconscious for one turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to Bohena's Goddess of Death for the next 24 hours.
Godly Throes. When Bohena gets below 100 hp, she begins to spout bolts of celestial energy. Creatures within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw or take 28 (5d10) radiant damage. This damage is halved on a successful save.

The target must succeed on a DC 22 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest. Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Bohena takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Bohena can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Bohena casts power word kill
- The moon shakes, creating the effect of an earthquake spell. This affects walls of the labyrinth as if each 10 foot section of wall was an independent structure.
- The red fog thickens, becoming heavily obscured for the round.
- Bohena summons one of her angel followers. A Deva of Bohena appears.
Regional Effects
The region containing Bohena’s lair is altered by the goddesses presence, which creates the following effects:
- Within seven miles of Bohena's lair, a thick blood-red fog hovers. This fog is considered dim lighting.
- Within one mile of Bohena's lair, ancient stone structures form, changing in a labyrinthine pattern. At the start of their turn creatures must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become lost in the labyrinth. This saving throw can be repeated at the end of each of the creatures turns. On a success, they escape to the nearest clearing.
- Within the labyrinth, there are seven circular clearings, 300 feet in diameter. One is inhabited by Bohena. The others are inhabited by statues of the other six gods.
- In Father Dhandur's, the ground shakes on initiative count 20. Any creature within this clearing must succeed on a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone and take 17 (3d10)[bludgeoning] damage.
- In Mother Retsyn's, on initiative count 20, alternating light and shadow flashes. Any creature within this clearing must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become blinded for one minute.
- In Mutva's, on initiative count 20, a voice booms out and says "It is your destiny" in Celestial. Any creature within this clearing must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or become petrified for one minute.
- In Enir's, clouds gather overhead. On initiative count 20, call lightning is cast over the clearing on all creatures within.
- In Uvnir's, on initiative count 20, snakes pour from the walls and then vanish. Any creature within this clearing must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or become poisoned for one minute.
- In Tymir's, water washes through the clearing, and on initiative count 20 tidal wave is cast as many times as needed to fill the space.
If the Bohena dies, the labyrinth stops moving and other effects fade over the course of 3d10 days
