Horrors Manifest (Costs 3 Actions). Aarayel stabs into the mind of its target('s) and projects their worst fears. Targets must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or become frightened and take 2d4 psychic damage.

Pierce (Costs 1 Action). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 Attack: (2d6 + 4) Damage:  Piercing damage. 

Cantrip (Costs 1 Action). Aarayel can cast a cantrip of its choice

Description

A member of a mysterious, demon lord worshipping group. He was a regular old member of the gang before being forced into a corner and had to absorb the very power he created and worshipped. His body was twisted by this dark energy and the infernal power of Abnosheer coursed through his body, twisting his body into a horrifying form. A broken body with broken bones, and a broken soul. 4 long spider legs errupt forcefully from his back and his corpse hangs loosely at the tip of this visage.

Lair and Lair Actions

A large, open ritual room with caged prisoners and mangled corpses. In the centre lies a pile of possesions and bones.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Aarayel takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Aarayel can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Summon Tendrils. Aarayel summons a Tendril from the ground that can strike at nearby enemies in a 10 foot range.
  • Summon Mouth. Aarayel summons a Mouth that can spit out objects at a chosen Target from a distance.
