Blood Hunger. A ghoul who has wounded a creature with its Bite or Claws attack receives +2 to hit and damage against that target while it nearby. The ghoul will pursue its marked prey at the exclusion of all other creatures. This effect fades after one hour of the creature leaving its sight.
Ravenous. If a body is present, the ghoul must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or else stop and feed on the corpse or body.
Tentacled Climbing. The mutated ghoul has a suckered tentacle that grants a +4 to climbing Athletics skill tests.
Multiattack. The ghoul can make a single Bite attack or two attacks with its Claw and Tentacle.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 13). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the ghoul can't attack another target with its tentacle.
Paralyzing Touch. If the target of a Claw or Tentacle is a creature other than an elf or undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
