Keen Hearing and Smell. The hound has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Pack Tactics. The hound has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the hound's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Stubborn. While in combat, the hound has advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
Vicious. If a creature falls prone within 5 feet of the hound, the hound can make a Bite attack against that creature as a reaction.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Description
Powerful dogs bred and trained for combat, frequently used as sentries, for intimidation, and to guard a location, person or animal (dogs tasked with guarding livestock, for example). Some are even given armour to do their duties. Breeds commonly used for this purpose include pit bulls, rottweilers, irish wolfhounds, bullmastiffs, malamutes, and german shepherds.
