Beam Breaker. The Beam Cannon is specifically designed to target and destroy the mystical beams. When it makes an attack against a creature or object connected to a beam, it has advantage on the attack roll, and its attacks deal double damage to such targets.
Siege Monster. The Beam Cannon deals double damage to objects and structures.
Arcan Engine. For the Beam Cannon to be operational and able to regain hit points, it must have consumed the soul of a Weave Touched child.
Regeneration. The Beam Cannon regains 15 hit points for every Weave Touched child it consumes.
Vehicle. In order for the Beam Cannon to take any actions it must have at least one creature at its control panel.
Multiattack. The Beam Cannon makes three beam attacks.
Beam Attack. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 120/480 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (6d10) force damage.
Disintegrate Beam (Recharge 5-6). The Beam Cannon unleashes a devastating disintegration beam in a 90-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 98 (28d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried are disintegrated without a saving throw.
Refraction Field. When targeted by a spell or magical effect that would affect it, the Beam Cannon can use its reaction to create a refraction field. It gains resistance to the damage type of the triggering effect until the start of its next turn.
The Beam Cannon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Beam Cannon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Beam Attack (Costs 1 Action). The Beam Cannon makes one beam attack.
Disruptive Pulse (Costs 2 Actions). The Beam Cannon releases a disruptive pulse of energy. All creatures and objects connected to a beam within 120 feet of the Beam Cannon must make a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be forcibly disconnected from the beam. Objects that fail the save are destroyed, and creatures are pulled 30 feet in the direction away from the Beam Cannon.
Void Repulsion (Costs 3 Actions). The Beam Cannon projects a protective barrier in a 30-foot radius around itself, negating any incoming magical effects or spells that target it or creatures within this area. This barrier lasts until the start of the Beam Cannon's next turn.
