Traits

Curseborn. A Bloodcursed Myrmidon that is targeted by a Remove Curse spell and has less than 50 hit points must succeed on a DC18 Constitution saving throw or be reduced to 1 hit point.

Actions

Multiattack. The myrmidon makes three Slam attacks.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) force damage.

Roiling Strikes (Recharge 6). The myrmidon strikes all targets within reach with a single sweeping strike. Each target hit by the attack suffers 15 (3d10) force damage. A target that is hit by this attack must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or have its Constitution score reduced by 3 (1d6) points. This condition persists until removed with a restoration spell.

Extract Vitality.
The myrmidon attempts to pull blood from the target, weakening them while strengthening itself. The target of this ability must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have its Constitution score reduced by 4 (1d8) points. If a target has its Constitution reduced in this way, the Myrmidon rolls a number of hit dice equal to the reduction and regenerates that many hit points.

Description

A twisted facsimile of other elemental myrmidons, bloodcursed are bound to a profane sigil in the same way that elementals are bound to armor. They are typically granted power through magical entities, although there exist certain binding rituals that can be performed by especially dedicated cultists without access to conventional magics. Due to the nature of their creation, bloodcursed are inherently evil. When formed they resemble a bloody water elemental; with jagged armor and a twisted, often horned helm. Bloodcursed myrmidons have the ability to conceal themselves as one or several puddles of blood, and have even been rumored to be dried into and onto surfaces to serve as traps.
