Traits

Indomitable. Valeria has 2 legendary resistances.

Variant. Valeria rerolls her position in initiative at the top of the round.

Rotten Endurance. When Valeria falls unconcious she uses rotten sacrifice. She gains a +1 to attack rolls for the remainder of the fight.

Brutal. Critical hits deal an additional 7 piercing damage and the targeted creature must make a DC12 Wis save or take an additional 2d4 Psychic damage.

Sharpshooter. Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on Valeria's ranged weapon attack rolls and her ranged weapon attacks ignore half cover and three-quarters cover. Before she makes an attack with a ranged weapon , she can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll to add +10 to the attack's damage.

Skulker. Valeria can try to hide when she is lightly obscured from the creature from which you are hiding. When she is hidden from a creature and misses it with a ranged weapon attack, making the attack doesn't reveal her position. Dim light doesn't impose disadvantage on her Perception checks.

Spellcasting. Valeria is a 2nd-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma spell save DC 14, +4 to hit with spell attacks). Valeria has following [class name] spells prepared:

Actions

Arcane Shot. Valeria shoots a special arrow of her choosing with the possible options listed below. Each arrow has a special effect stated within its description. She can fire 3 arrows per day.  

Banishing Arrow

A hit target must also succeed on a CHA saving throw (DC 15) or be banished. While banished, the target’s speed is 0, and it is incapacitated. At the start of its next turn, the target reappears in the space it vacated or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. +2d6 force damage on hit

Bursting Arrow
Immediately after the arrow hits a target, the target and all other creatures within 10 ft. of it take 2d6 force damage each.

Enfeebling Arrow 
A target hit by the arrow takes an extra 2d6 necrotic damage and must also succeed on a CON saving throw (DC 15), or their damage dealt is halved until the start of your next turn.

Seeking Arrow. Valeria can choose one target she has seen in the past minute and fire an arrow that flies toward that target, moving around corners and ignoring cover. If a path is available, it must make a DEX saving throw (DC 15) or take damage from the arrow plus 1d6 force damage and she learns the target's location (half damage and location is unrevealed on success).

Multiattack. Valeria makes 3 attacks of her choosing.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 6) Slashing damage. 

Vile Longbow. RangedWeapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 150/600 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 6) Piercing damage.

Bonus Actions

Action Surge. Valeria gains an additional action. Once per day. 

Curving Shot. When you make an attack roll with a magic arrow and miss, you can use a bonus action to reroll the attack roll against a different target within 60 ft. of the original target.

Rot Imbueing. Valeria summons a rotten copy of herself, similar in appearance to the vermin. She can maintain 2 copies at the same time with a max range of 100 ft. Or 1 copy that can move freely within a desginated area, when one copy is used in this way Valeria must puppeteer it, seeing through its eyes and leaving herself blinded and deafend.
A copy has an AC of 14, 20 HP and 15 feet of movement. Valeria can switch places with one of these copies spending 20 ft of movement. 
At the end of an arcane shot or multiattack the copies can make an attack each from their positions within a range of 30 ft. The copies use' Valeria's stats for their attack and damage rolls, ignoring any additional effects. 
Summoning a copy costs a bonus action. 

Deconstruct. Valeria trades her position with a rot copy of her choosing.

Reactions

Snare. When an enemy makes a ranged or spell attack against you you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by 1d10+6. If you reduce the damage entirely you catch the projectile and can make an attack roll against the triggering creature. Returning the projectile.

Rotting Sacrifice. When falls to 0 HP she summons 4 copies of herself onto the battlefield and regains 65 HP. They attack in tandem with Valeria. Each of them makes an attack at the end of Valeria's turn at targets within 60 ft. This ability recharges her action surge and arcane arrows. 
This ability can be used once per day. 

Legendary Actions

Valeria has 3 legendary actions per round.

Dash (Costs 1 Action). Valeria moves her entire movement speed in a direction of her choosing.

Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Valeria makes an attack or spell attack. 

Hide (Costs 1 Action). Valeria attempts to hide

Rot Rush (Costs 1 action) A copy makes 1 attack from it's position.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Valeria takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Valeria can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Hidden crossbows trigger around the Lair, a targeted creature gets attacked twice in a range of 60ft (+6, 1d4 piercing) for every hit the target's movement is reduced by 10 ft.
  • Astral rifts briefly open throughout the lair. A targeted creature must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or be teleported 40ft away from Valeria. Valeria herself can use these rifts willingly. 
  • Valeria calls upon a vermin, it takes its turn right after Valeria.
  • Ichor Kiss. Valeria makes an attack with her rapier and heals equal to the damage dealt.
