Wraith of Discord (Gargantuan)

Chaotic Aura: Any creature starting its turn within 20 feet of the wraith must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. If a creature fails the saving throw by 5 or more, it is reduced to 0 hit points and transforms into another Wraith of Discord.

Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 26 (4d8 + 8) necrotic damage, 26 (4d8 + 8) psychic damage and 26 (4d8 + 8) force damage. The target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target is transformed into another Wraith of Discord if it is reduced to 0 hit points by this attack.
