Outlaw Charm. Ugly Chris has advantage on Charisma skill checks against another creature within his territory.

Gang Tactics. Ugly Chris has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of his allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Actions

Multiattack. Ugly Chris makes two melee attacks.

Gatling Gun Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  (1d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Gatling Gun (Recharge 6). Ugly Chris fires his gatling gun in a 40- foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking (3d10) piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage.

HOT!  The hot sauce overwhelms Ugly Chris and he belches out a blast of flame in a 15- foot cone. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking (6d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. After using this attack, Ugly Chris gains the poisoned condition until the end of his next turn.

Bonus Actions

WAITER! SRIACHA! Ugly Chris takes a swig of hot sauce, raising his body temperature. After he takes three swigs, he can use his HOT! attack. 

Reactions

Too Pretty to Die. If hit by an attack roll, Ugly Chris can add his Charisma modifier (+3) to his AC until the start of his next turn, including against the triggering attack.

Legendary Actions

Ugly Chris can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Ugly Chris regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Gatling Gun Strike. Ugly Chris makes a Gatling Gun Strike attack.

Ugly Little Man (Costs 2 Actions). Ugly Chris targets one enemy it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see and hear it, the target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of warlord’s next turn.
