Environmental Control. The Spartan can survive in a vacuum as long as their helmet is on and sealed.
Overshield. The Spartan has 38 (7d6 + 16) temporary hit points, while it has these, it is resistant to all non magical damage, and is immune to magic missile. These can be restored as a action after a full round of taking no damage.
Multiattack. The Spartan makes two of any one attack.
Unarmed Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 5) slashing damage.
MA5C Assault Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60/150 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) piercing damage.
99C-S2 Sniper Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 120/450 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (6d8 + 3) piercing damage.
Description
Spartans or SPARTAN Programs are members of a series of United Nations Space Command projects designed to create physically, genetically, technologically, and mentally superior supersoldiers as special fighting units. Although the word "SPARTAN" is written in all capital letters when used in reference to the programs in a formal context, it is not an acronym; the supersoldiers are known simply as "Spartans". The Spartan II and onwards are equipped with Mjolnir Mark IV armor, granting them even more extreme endurance. They are typically between 6 and 8ft. tall while wearing their armor, and are between 1,000 and 1,200lbs.
