Description
From a young age, Vimmacmuuk Gemtath wanted one thing: power. Born with inherited magic, Gemtath trained his spellcasting hard. When he was 10, he made a pact with the Hex blade who promised him unfathomable power. Wanting to be the most powerful Dragonborn in history, Gemtath set off in search of powerful artifacts. At 13 years old, he befriended a demon who promised to help him in his quest for power. The demon summoned his allies from Avernus and told Gemtath to destroy the Vimmacmuuk clan promising him even greater power. Eager to acquire more power, Gemtath accepted and attacked the clan in the night killing many of his clanmates. When he came face-to-face with Fenvayla, the daughter of their clan leader, he led her away from the hold and fought her one-on-one. The battle ended when Gentath shoved Fenvayla off a cliff to her demise. Leaving her to die, Gemtath made his way back to the clan hold bloodied. He entered the Great Hall and faced off with the clan leader, Thuurrhek a silver dragonborn.
"Where is my daughter?" Thuurhek demanded to know.
"Don't worry," Gemtath responded coldly, "You two will soon be reunited."
"What have YOU DONE?!" Thuurhek shouted in disbelief.
"I have become more powerful than you, old man." Gemtath taunted. "She never stood a chance."
Thuurhek went into a rage and charged Gemtath. The battle fought was longer and harder than against Fenvayla, but Thuurhek, furious at Gemtath for the murder of his daughter and the clan, fought swinging wildly. Eventually, Gemtath cut down Thuurhek and mutilated his body. He took Thuurhek's sword, the Holy Avenger, and set the Great Hall alight then went to look for and kill any stragglers. By dawn, the clan hold was all but ash. Gemtath returned to the demon to report his success and was granted the ability to use the Holy Avenger as well as magic resistance. Since then, he has continued his quest to achieve great power and will stop at nothing to get it.
