Shaded Thoughts. When this action is used whoever gets hit with it has to make a constitution saving throw, DC 17. On a failed save they take 5d6 Psychic damage or half as much on a successful one.
Multiattack. The stalker gets 2 Arm Slashes
Arm Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 10ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (2d8) Bludgeoning damage+ 4(1d8) Necrotic damage.
The stalker can be invisible for 2 rounds. When it gets hot or when time runs out it becomes visible
Teleportation. When an attack is made against it that is a has a 22 or higher the stalker can teleport to a random spot within a 20-foot range. Roll a d4 and that is the direction that it has to move in.
Description
A black creature with purple slashes has a ghostly face stalks whomever they see first when summoned.
