Traits

Regeneration. At the start of its turn, the Bloodthirsty Amalgam regains 5 hit points if it has at least 1 hit point and isn't in direct sunlight or running water. If the Bloodthirsty Amalgam takes radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Bloodthirsty Amalgam's next turn.

Grapple. When the Amalgam makes a successful claw attack against a player character, it can choose to initiate a grapple instead of dealing damage. The player character must make a contested Strength against the Amalgam's Strength check.

Actions

Multiattack. The Bloodthirsty Amalgam makes two melee attacks.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.

Description

This grotesque being is a nightmarish fusion of sewn-together body parts, a horror that defies nature. Its stitched flesh is held together by rotting sutures, and its elongated limbs end in razor-sharp claws. Eyeless sockets gaze into an otherworldly void, and its presence exudes an aura of malevolence. The creature whispers madness, while an insatiable hunger for blood drives its violent intent. It roams the cursed asylum, embodying madness and torment.
