Special Equipment. Unity-of-Rings wields a Flametonge Longsword +1, and wears a Talisman of Pure Good.
Angelic Weapons. Unity-of-Rings' weapon attacks are magical. When he hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 4d8 radiant damage (included in the attack).
Innate Spellcasting. Unity-of-Rings' spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17). The deva can innately cast the following spells, requiring only verbal components:
At will: detect evil and good, detect magic, remove curse,
1/day each: commune, invisibility, heal, teleport
Magic Resistance. Unity-of-Rings has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. Unity-of-Rings makes two melee attacks.
Longsword +1. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage plus 18 (4d8) radiant damage, as well as 9 (2d8) fire damage.
Healing Touch (5/Day). Unity-of-Rings touches another creature. The target magically regains 20 (4d8 + 2) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness.
Change Shape. Unity-of-Rings magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating equal to or less than his own, or back into his true form. He reverts to his true form if he dies. Any equipment he is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (Unity-of-Rings' choice).
In a new form, Unity-of-Rings retains his game statistics and ability to speak, but his AC, movement modes, Strength, Dexterity, and special senses are replaced by those of the new form, and he gains any statistics and capabilities (except class features, legendary actions, and lair actions) that the new form has but that he lacks.
Description
Unity-of-Rings is a beacon of hope in sigil.
This deva patrols all of sigil, helping those that need him, and unlike the Harmonium guard, are ACTUALLY helpful and not just arresting those who disagree with them. He does not ask for ANYTHING in return for his good will, and when he is given money or anything similar, he gives it away to those who need it more as soon as he can. Its even said that his pure goodness is what inspired the minor faction, The Ring-Givers!
But socially, he isnt great to talk too. His way of thinking is incredibly circular, and conversations always seem to end up back where they had began, which gets on people of sigil's nerves like NO other.
Unity-of-Rings primarily works for the god Tyr, god of Justice, to bring justice in sigil; not any one brand of justice, but pure, absolute, wholesome goodness in the bleak and damp cosmopolitan.
There is, quite obviously, some parallel between him and Rule-of-Three, the cambion. Despite them clearly mirroring each other, they have never been seen nearby, and have no other obvious connection beyond their contrasting nature. This leads sages of Sigil to belive they are cosmically tied in some way, both paragons of good and evil, law and chaos, and both tied to two of the fundamental rules of the multiverse. But then, who is the third one then? Sages suspect that this "Center-of-All" is likely a Rilmani living within the spire, but that has yet to be proven...
