Master of the Winds: Al'Akir has absolute control over the winds and electrical storms. He can summon strong winds to fly faster or create gusts of wind to knock down his enemies. These effects can be narrative or have specific mechanical effects in the game.
Legendary Resistance: Al'Akir has three legendary resistances per day. If he fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead. Al'Akir regains the use of this ability at the start of his turn.
Multiattack. Al'Akir can make two Thunder Spear attacks or one Wind Blast attack per turn
Thunder Spear. Ranged attack at 200 feet, hitting a target with a bolt of electricity, dealing 1d10 + 5 lightning damage.
Wind Blast. Al'Akir can use his powerful wind breath in a 60-foot cone. Every creature in the cone must make a DC 20 FORT saving throw or be pushed 20 feet back and knocked prone. Creatures that fail this save also suffer 6d10 thunder damage.
Reactive Wind Shield: Al'Akir can quickly summon a shield of wind to protect himself from incoming attacks. When a melee or ranged attack hits him, Al'Akir can use this reaction to increase his Armor Class by +4 during the attack, potentially causing the attack to miss. He can use this reaction once before his next turn.
Legendary Actions: Al'Akir can take 3 legendary actions per turn. He can choose from the following:
Storm Strike. Al'Akir can summon an electrical storm within a 120-foot radius. All creatures in that area must make a DC 22 FORT saving throw or take 8d10 lightning damage and be stunned for 1 minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns to end the stun.
Dazzling Flight. Al'Akir soars into the air, out of melee range, and dives in for a dive attack. He can make a Thunder Spear attack with advantage and then move 60 feet away without provoking opportunity attacks.
Tornado Tempest. Al'Akir creates a tornado in a 60-foot radius around him. All creatures in that radius must make a DC 22 FORT saving throw or be pulled toward the center of the tornado and take 8d12 thunder damage. Creatures inside the tornado are also blinded and deafened.
