Flyby. The Atimliando does not provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.

Actions

Multiattack. The atimliando makes three attacks: two with its claws and one with its bite.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) slashing damage.

Bite. MeleeWeapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Consitution saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

The atimliando is an unholy combination of animals. It is similar to a lion at first glance, and indeed the males have large stripes manes that females lack. However, the atimliando also possesses long claws similar to a black bear's, large black wings similar to a bat's, and the huge venomous fangs of a black mamba. Its skin is mottled with beige and black fur, leathery gray skin, and patches of sleek black scales. The monstrosity is named after the story that surrounds its creation; it is rumored that a transmutation wizard named Atimliando created the beast after a long night on the town, and it supposedly promptly devoured him, then reproduced with a lion, yielding atimliando cubs. These beasts are surprisingly tameable if you raise them from cubs, but a wild atimliando will always be a savage beast.
