Innate Spellcasting. The hag's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, magic missile, speak with animals
2/day each: enlarge/reduce, plane shift (self only)
1/day each: stinking cloud
Magic Resistance. The hag has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Shared Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the hag fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead while being within 30 feet of her sisters. The coven shares this ability among themselves. When this ability is used, the hag's heartstone shatters into pieces as it imbues the hag with guidance from previously stolen souls.
Shared Spellcasting. While all three members of a hag coven are within 30 feet of one another, they can each cast the following spells from the wizard’s spell list but must share the spell slots among themselves:
1st level (4 slots): silvery barbs, shield, feather fall
2nd level (3 slots): hold person, locate object, misty step
3rd level (3 slots): bestow curse, counterspell, fireball
4th level (3 slots): phantasmal killer, polymorph
5th level (2 slots): cone of cold, scrying
6th level (1 slot): eyebite
For casting these spells, each hag is a 12th-level spellcaster that uses Wisdom as her spellcasting ability. The spell save DC is 16, and the spell attack bonus is +8.
Multiattack. Blobbella makes two Claw attacks and can use Face Peel.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (4d6+7) slashing damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 17) if it is a Medium or smaller creature. Blobbella has two claws, each of which can grapple only one target.
Face Peel. Blobbella begins to peel the face off one creature grappled by her. The target must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 14 (4d6) slashing damage and be stunned until the end of Blobbella's next turn. The target's HP maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. While its HP maximum is reduced in this way, the target has disadvantage on all Charisma checks. The target dies if this effect reduces it's HP maximum to 0.
Change Shape. The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Etherealness. The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a heartstone in her possession.
Nightmare Haunting (1/Day). While on the Ethereal Plane, the hag magically touches a sleeping humanoid on the Material Plane. A protection from evil and good spell cast on the target prevents this contact, as does a magic circle. As long as the contact persists, the target has dreadful visions. If these visions last for at least 1 hour, the target gains no benefit from its rest, and its hit point maximum is reduced by 5 (1d10). If this effect reduces the target's hit point maximum to 0, the target dies, and if the target was evil, its soul is trapped in the hag's soul bag. The reduction to the target's hit point maximum lasts until removed by the greater restoration spell or similar magic.
Booming Belch. Blobbella inhales a deep breathe and lets out a thunderous belch in a 15-foot cone. If a creature is within range and is not grappled or restrained, it must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked back 15 feet away.
Infernal Calling. When the hag sisters are within 30 feet of each other, they can work together to cast a communal infernal calling spell that is more powerful than they could cast individually. To do this, one takes an action to begin casting the spell, and the other two must use their reactions to complete it. This communal spell is cast at 9th level and the casting time is reduced to one action.
1/Day - infernal calling
