Weird Insight. Wesker targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must contest its Charisma (Deception) check against Weskers Wisdom (Insight) check. If Wesker wins, it magically learns one fact or secret about the target. The target automatically wins if it is immune to being charmed.

Rotting influence. Weskers ROTTING corruption is so potent that even being near him is debilitating, -d4 to all rolls if within 5ft of Albert Wesker.

Description

Albert Wesker is an Alchemist seeking to find the secrets to "Ascension", he goes fourth in the search by researching the effects of The ROT Hoping it can harness its ability to become a god amongst men, this went poorly when the Rot horribly mutated him, but by use of alchemy and cunning Albert Wesker continues his research to this day to find the pathway to godhood.
