Upon meeting, this construct is bound to your soul.

You can summon the Ad Blocker to your plane as an action.

When dismissed, you choose the plane the construct goes to.

Ad Blocker. When on the same plane as you, the Ad Blocker forces all conversations (verbally and telepathically) directed at you to go to itself first.

It will then determine if the conversation is worthy, important and safe enough to involve you.  

Due to it's nature, some conversation may never take place, feelings may be hurt, and relationships tarnished.
