The Baby Hydra's AC is calculated as 14 plus your PB. (natural armor)
The Baby Hydra's Hit Points 5 + five times your ranger level. (hit dice [d10] )
Multiple Heads. The hydra has three heads. While it has more than one head, the hydra has advantage on saving throws against being blinded.
Whenever the hydra takes 15 or more damage in a single turn, one of its heads dies.(30 dmg and 2 head dies) If all its heads die, the hydra dies.
Hydra Essence. When you summon the hydra, choose a damage type: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. The chosen type determines the Hydras damage of its Infused Strikes trait.
7th-Level Hydrawarden Feature
The bond you share with your hydra intensifies
Hydra Mount. The Hydra grows to Medium size. Reflecting your special bond, you can use the hydra as a mount if your size is Medium or smaller.
Magic Fang. The Hydra’s Bite attack deals an extra 1d3 damage of the type chosen for the Hydra’s Hydra Essence.
Multiattack . At 7th level, as an attack action the hydra makes as many bite attacks as it has heads.
11th-Level Hydrawarden Feature
Hydras Breath. At 11th level, as an action, your hydra can exhale a 30ft cone of acid or poison damage. Each creature in the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC, taking 8d6 damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. This damage increases to 10d6 at 15th level of ranger. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
15th-Level Hydrawarden Feature
Empowered Bite. The Hydra’s Bite attack deals an extra 1d3 damage of the type chosen for its Hydra Essence (for a total of 2d3 extra damage).
Hydra Multitasking. it gains 2 more heads to a total of 5 heads.
Bite gets +3 to hit instead of +1.
Regrow now regenerate 2 heads instead of 1.
Regrow. The hydra it regrows one of its missing heads.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 plus PB to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 plus PB piercing damage.

Description
The hydra is a reptilian horror with a crocodilian body and multiple heads on long, serpentine necks. Although its heads can be severed, the hydra magically regrows them.
