Oathbreaker (Mythic Trait; Recharges after a Long Rest). If Samael is reduced to 0 hit points, he doesn’t die or fall unconscious. Instead, he regains 25 hit points and gains 75 temporary hit points. For as long as Samael has temporary hit points from this feature he no longer is affected by Oath of Pacifism, additionally upon entering Oathbreaker all currently summoned dragons are banished and Samael is unable to summon any more until he no longer has temporary hit points from this feature.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Samael fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. Samael has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Oath of Pacifism. Samael is unable to attack living creatures.
Summon Greater Dragon (1/day). Samael summons a Young Red Dragon. This dragon takes its turn after Samael's turn in initiative and consider him an ally. If Samael is reduced to 0 hit points this dragon is immediately banished.
Summon Lesser Dragons (2/day) (Recharge 5-6). Samael summons a Red Dragon Wyrmling. These dragons take their turns after Samael's turn in initiative and consider him an ally. If Samael is reduced to 0 hit points this dragon is immediately banished.
Leadership. Samael utters a few inspiring words to two creatures he can see within 30 feet of him. If the creatures can hear him, they can add a d8 to one attack roll or saving throw they make before the start of Samael's next turn.
Draconic Dominance (Recharge 5-6). Samael lets out a thunderous roar resembling an ancient dragon's. Each creature of Samael’s choice that is within 120 feet of him and aware of him must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature frightened in this way takes an extra 1d6 damage from attack rolls made by dragons, and when they deal damage to a dragon they must roll a d6 and subtract that number from their attack's damage. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Slam (Oathbreaker Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and Samael can push the target up to 10 feet away from it.
Dragon Claw (Oathbreaker Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 7) slashing damage plus 38 (7d10) fire damage.
Teleport. Samael magically teleports, along with any equipment he is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.
Divine Punishment. If a creature attacks Samael, hit or miss, then Samael can force them to make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the target is polymorphed into a dragon with a CR equal to the target's level/CR or lower. Samael decides what dragon the creature is transformed into. The target's game statistics, including mental ability scores, are replaced by the statistics of the chosen dragon. It retains its alignment and personality.
The affected creature can repeat the save at the end of each of their turns to end the duration early, otherwise it will end after 1 hour. The duration can also be ended early with Remove Curse or Greater Restoration. When it reverts to its normal form, the creature returns to the number of hit points it had before it transformed. If it reverts as a result of dropping to 0 hit points, any excess damage carries over to its normal form.
Samael can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Samael regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Ancient Command. Samael chooses up to four dragons he can see within 30 feet of him. If a chosen creature can see or hear Samael, it can immediately move up to half it's speed and make one claw attack against a creature of Samael's choice.
