Belview, Otto

Standing Leap. Otto's long jump is up to 20 feet and his high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.

Mad Boast. Otto truly believes he is the smartest, wisest, strongest, fastest, and most beautiful person he knows. He has advantage on saving throws against being frightened and charmed.

Multiattack. Otto makes two attacks: one with his Claw and one with his Bite.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 3) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. If the target's hit point maximum is reduced to 0, it dies.

Braying Laugh (Recharge 5-6). Otto emits a donkey-like bray that affects creatures within 30 feet of him. Each affected creature must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of their next turn. Creatures that fail the saving throw by 5 or more are also stunned until the end of their next turn.

Appearance of Madness. When Otto is hit by an attack, he can use his bizarre appearance to temporarily confuse his attacker. The attacker must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll against Otto.
