Description
Astral Salamander Tadpoles are the larval form of Astral Salamanders. They hatch from slimy, greenish eggs witch feed on psychic and magical energy. The hungry tadpoles attack any living organism they sense to feed their voracious appetite. Though easily overcome alone, they can take down even the mightiest adventures through sheer numbers. Unfortunately for they for the adventurers, then creatures are usually found in great numbers.
These strange creatures are usually found in the engines of spelljamming vessels and magical power plants, which is where the adults lay their eggs. Once they are hatched, they usually lie low for a time,- sneaking around and eating people now and then - and then bursting from hiding all at once and attempting to flee (eating people on the way is just a plus!).
