Path of Bile: Anywhere the monster goes secretes a pool of bile. Choosing to go over this bile requires a Consitution saving throw, and failing it will force you to be stuck in it while taking 1d6 poison damage.

Actions

Guttural Bellow: The creature makes a horrible bellow, and all creatures within a mile radius must make a Consitution saving throw. Failing this makes all creatures within the radius have disadvantage on all attacks toward it, and creature speed is halved. However, all attacks to the user's mouth instantly stop the action, and the status effect stops.

Description

A slimy and gargantuan white worm that lacks eyes, a nose, a nose, and ears, with its mouth utterly gaping. It senses via the sensory glands inside of its mouth; when it's open, it is on the hunt. It uses its screech to terrify enemies, then goes in for the kill.
