Magic immunity: the ravager is immune to spells 5th level or lower.
Consumed by Bhaal: Those killed by the Ravager have their souls converted into essence. They cannot be revived except by a wish spell. The essence collect is transfer to the summoner.
Multiattack. It then makes 6 attacks: each with one of it's tentacles
Tentacle: Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. (3d12 + 10) bludgeoning damage and 3d12 necrotic damage.
The Ravager can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Ravager regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Attack. The ravager makes 1 Fist attack
Frightful Presence (2). Each creature of the Ravagers choice within 120 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the Ravager is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Ravager's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Wave of Hatred (2) all enemies must make a dc 18 wisdom save or attack their closest ally (spell casters use cantrips). Creatures immune to the charmed condition are immune to this effect.

Description
A 30 feet (9.1 meters) monster with a twisted, grimacing face that featured a flowing beard and mane, 7 feet (2.1 meters) horns and eyes full of the flames of Gehenna all peering out of a twisted mass of tentacle's.
Lair and Lair Actions
For the first few rounds the ravager will use his lair action to grow in size and then attempt to destroy the surrounding city. If not stopped, roll a d4 to select the next direction then it will begin a rampage to the next populated area.
Resounding Wave: all enemies withing 1,000 feet must make a dc 20 dex save or fall prone.
Darkness: For the next round up to 1,000 feet around the ravager is covered in magical darkness
