When it is destroyed, a new version of itself is created with 5 fewer hitpoints.
This can only be prevented by successfully defusing the Bombolly.
The fuse on a Bombolly is a small creature attached at the back of its neck.
The Bombolly is shaped like sphere, it floats and moves slowly.
1. Exploding sphere. The Bombolly can eject a small spherical object up to 40'. The object explodes upon contact and affects objects within a 10' radius of the sphere. Individuals can make a DC 15 Dex save to take half damage. Individuals can choose to take double damage by covering the sphere with their bodies, preventing damage to other individuals or objects.
Damage is 2d12+8.
2. Exploding Bombolly. The Bombolly can explode (unless it is defused), and this explosion affects individuals and objects in a 20' radius. The blast also creates a crater underneath the Bombolly, (where a new Bombolly will be born in 3 weeks time).
The explosion requires an increasingly difficult dex save. Within less than 5', the dex save is a DC 20. Within less than 10' the dex save is a DC 18. Within less than 20' the dex save is DC 15.
The damage is bludgeoning, and it is 6d12+12
1. On a melee attack, the Bombolly will bodycheck the attacker, this is a +8 athletics roll by the Bombolly, and the attacker is knocked prone, under the Bombolly.
Description
The Bombolly is all black, with a raised black cylinder at its top, with a flaming red light emanating from the top of the cylinder.
