Aura of Protection. When Anikthea or a creature friendly to Anikthea within 10 feet must make a saving throw, the creature gains a +6 bonus to the saving throw.
Darkness. The area surrounding Anikthea is filled with darkness to a radius of 15 feet. Anikthea can suppress this effect at will.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Anikthea fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Inescapable Reaper. When Anikthea casts a necromancy spell that targets one creature, the spell can instead target two creatures within the spells range. Necrotic damage dealt by Anikthea ignores resistance to necrotic damage.
Special Equipment. Anikthea wears studded leather, +2 and wields a longsword, +2 and Mastix, Whip of Erebos.
Multiattack. Anikthea makes one longsword and one Mastix attack, and she uses Hand of Erebos.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) necrotic damage. If the attack hits, the target must also succeed on a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be pushed 5ft away from Anikthea.
Mastix. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d4 + 8) slashing damage plus 13 (3d8) necrotic damage and Anikthea regains hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt.
Hand of Erebos. Each enemy within 30 feet of Anikthea must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. If a frightened target ends its turn more than 30 feet away from Anikthea, the target can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Anikthea's Hand of Erebos for the next 24 hours.
Spellcasting. Anikthea casts one of the following spells, using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 19):
At will: blindness/deafness, darkness, thaumaturgy
3/day each: contagion, destructive wave (necrotic), negative energy flood
1/day each: Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wilting, antilife shell, commune, death ward, dominate monster, plane shift, summon undead (6th level, no concentration)
Parry. Anikthea adds 4 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, the vampire must see the attacker and be wielding her longsword.
Anikthea can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Anikthea regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Whip of the Dead. Anikthea makes one Mastix attack.
Dying of the Light. Anikthea casts blindness/deafness using her Spellcasting feature.
Cast a spell (costs 3 actions). Anikthea uses her spellcasting feature.
