Warped Physiology. When the Bobby takes at least 15 damage in one round, one of its arms falls off, reducing the number of baton attacks it can make using the multiattack action by one. If the Bobby takes at least 35 damage in one round, two of its arms fall off instead. If the Bobby takes at least 60 damage in one round ,all three of its arms fall off instead. The Bobby will regrow any missing arms at the end of the round after they were removed.
Regeneration. The Bobby regains 15 hit points at the start of its turn. If the Bobby takes Bludgeoning damage, this ability doesn't function at the start of the Bobby's next turn. The Bobby dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.
Multiattack. The Bobby makes three Baton attacks.
Baton. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of the Bobby's next turn.
Tackle. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) bludgeoning damage
Description
This strange creature that was clearly once a human seems to have been warped by dark magic into a cocoon-like form that resembles a police officer. In line with its new appearance, this creature yells constantly about enforcing order and will attack nearly anything, claiming that they are violating some sort of curfew. With its three arms it wields three batons with unusual skill and its hardened outer shell seems to deflect most attacks, however, it looks like a single good strike could crack the shell and seriously damage the pulsating flesh within.
