Fire Absorption. Whenever the golem is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt.
Immutable Form. The Iron-Owlbear is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Resistance. The Iron-Owlbear has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Magic Weapons. The Iron-Owlbear's weapon attacks are magical.
Multiattack. The Iron-Owlbear makes two attacks: one with its Iron beak and one with its Iron claws.
Iron Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (1d10 + 7) piercing damage.
Iron Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 7) slashing damage.
Poison Breath (Recharge 6). The Iron-Owlbear exhales poisonous gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
The result of casters experimenting with Amalgamation spell. It retains the original owlbear's lobotomized persona but doesn't have the need for hunger or thirst. And is obedient to the original creator of the golem. But may fight the creator's commands over time. They could end up Faithfully guarding areas and treasure or rampaging against those who command it.
