Keen Sight. The Wattle Gobbler has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If the Wattle Gobbler fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. The Wattle Gobbler makes two attacks with its beak.
Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 9) piercing damage.
Egg Bomb. The wattle gobbler lays and hurls an egg the size of a small boulder that explodes in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point the wattle gobbler can see within 120 feet of itself. The sphere spreads around corners. Roll a d20 and apply the effect based on the roll:
1-10: Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 24 (7d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If the creature fails their save, the next time that creature is hit with an attack, the creature has vulnerability to all of that attack’s damage, and then this effect ends.
11-20: The egg spawns a wattle goblet (use the axe beak statblock) at the point the egg was hurled or an unoccupied space within 5 feet of it.
The Wattle Gobbler can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Wattle Gobbler regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Stomp. The Wattle Gobbler creates a shockwave, medium or smaller creatures within 15 feet of the Wattle Gobbler must succeed a DC 18 Dexterity or Strength saving throw (their choice), or be thrown up to 20 feet and knocked prone, prone creatures have disadvantage. If a thrown target strikes a solid surface, the target takes 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it was thrown. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.

Description
The Wattle Gobbler, a gigantic turkey-like creature, genetically–engineered by greedy artificers to monstrous proportions, and hungry for human flesh as part of an elaborate publicity stunt. It is capable of laying and launching explosive eggs that at times can spawn smaller versions of the creature known as Wattle Goblets. Given how difficult it is to kill, most speculate that it must taste delicious, this has led some to foolishly recreating the process that created this horrifically blood thirsty bird creature.
