Filth Stalker the Akaname has an obsession with filth and grime. So it will be automatically drawn to the dirtiest areas around. The akaname can lick up grime and dirt, every foot of filth they devour they gain 1d4+1 to one attack, (dm’s choice)
Multiattack the akaname make three attacks with its bite or two with its bite and one with its saliva
Bite melee weapon attack: +4 to hit, reach 5, 1 target. Hit 6 (1d6+3) piercing damage.
Lick Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d10+2) acid damage. Target must make constitution save dc 11 or become sick and take 1d6+1 poison damage every time their turn comes, they also become dizzy and have a disadvantage on all attacks and dexterity based checks for the duration. Every time the creatures turn comes, they may make another constitution save with the same dc in an attempt to break through the sickness.
Saliva ranged weapon attack: +5 to hit, 1 target, hit 13 (1d12+3) acid damage.
Antimysophobia when exposed to soap and or water, the Akaname cowers in fear and will automatically run away from any conflict until dirtied again.
Description
The Akaname is a pitiful creature, that revels in filth and muck. It uses its long tongue to lap up at the dirt in the bathrooms, and uses it as it’s only source of food. The creature is the incarnation of the fear of dark and damp rooms, specifically bathrooms.
Akaname look like emaciated children with red skin, covered in slimy green mucus. Their long green tongue is coated in the akanames own acidic saliva.
