Pitiful. The abomination wails and cry's while it can see any creature and isn't incapacitated. Each creature that starts its turn within 20 feet of the abomination and can hear the cry's must succeed on a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the creature can't take reactions until the start of its next turn and rolls a d8 to determine what it does during its turn. On a 1 to 4, the creature does nothing. On a 5 or 7, the creature takes no action or bonus action and uses all its movement to move away from the abomination . On a 8, the creature is overcome with grief for the abomination and cannot attack or assist in attacking the abomination during its next turn.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5+the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Multiattack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 17 (5d6 +1) piercing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it must succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is killed by this damage, it is absorbed into the mouther.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
