Maximagic (3/day). Vogue has the ability to twist their spells to suit their needs. Vogue  can use any one of the following maximagic options on a spell when they cast it, unless otherwise noted.

  1. Careful Spell. When Vogue casts a spell that forces other creatures to make a saving throw, they can protect some of those creatures from the spell’s full force. Vogue can choose up to 3 creatures. A chosen creature automatically succeeds on its saving throw against the spell.

  2. Distant Spell. When Vogue casts a spell that has a range of 5 feet or greater, they can double the range of the spell. If Vogue casts a spell that has a range of touch, they can make the range of the spell 30 feet.

  3. Quickened Spell. When Vogue casts a spell that has a casting time of 1 action, they can change the casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.

Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the kobold has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Actions

Taser Gun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 15/35 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) lightning damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed until the start of the security guard's next turn.

Fire Fire! (Light Crossbow). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 1d6 fire damage.

Eldritch Elegance. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 60 feet, one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) force damage.

Spellcasting. Vogue casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 13):

At will: mage hand, mind sliver, prestidigitation, thunderclap (tongue-pop)

2/day each: burning hands (using hairspray), charm person, levitate

Bonus Actions

Shared Elegance. As a bonus action, the kobold can sacrifice up 10 hit points. For each hit point sacrificed, the kobold grants 2 hit points to another kobold within 30 feet that it can see.

Reactions

Tele-Glam. Teleportation (Recharge 4-6). Whenever an ally within 30 feet of Vogue Vermis is the target of an attack roll, Vogue can magically teleports within 5 feet of the ally. Alternatively, if Vogue is already within 5 feet of the targeted ally, Vogue can magically teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.
