Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Size Change. The Echo dragon can change it's size from Huge to Small, but it cannot become Large or Huge if it is not an adult or is a wrymling. The dragon can you only use this 3 times per long rest (The long rest depends on if the dragon has an owner or not).

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 3) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) lightning damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Echo Blast (Recharge 5–6). The dragon explodes (not causing damage to the dragon) with a area of lightning damage that is 40 feet big. Each creature in that blast must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 55 (2d20+6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Bioluminescence. The dragon can use its scales to glow a purple light. This can be used for creatures without dark vision to see in the dark and this will get rid of the condition Frightened if it they were frightened from a dragon. This can only be used 2 times per long rest (The long rest depends on if it had a owner or not).

The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.

Echoing Stare. A creature that the dragon choses within a 40 foot range will be frighteniend and must roll a Dexterity saving throw and if they get above a 10 they will only be frightened, if they fail the save they will be paralyzed. This takes 1 turn of concentration
