Traits

Special Trait Name.

Blood Absorbtion: Whenever the Bloodforged Revenant deals damage with its slam attack, it regains hit point equal to half the damage delt. The target must have blood for this to take effect.

Blood Frenzy: The Bloodforged Revenant has advantage on attack rolls against creatures that have taken damage from it since the start of its last turn.

Reassemble: When the Bloodforged Revenant is reduced to 0 hit points, it collapses into a pool of blood and bone. At the start of its next turn, it reforms with half its maximum hit points in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of its original location.

Undying Resilience: If damage reduces the Bloodforged Revenant to 0 hit points, it must make a constitution saving throw with a DC of 5+ the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the Bloodforged Revenant drops to 1 hit point instead.

Description

The Bloodforged Revenant, emerges from the melding of cursed blood and shattered bones. This undead horror takes on the eerie appearance of a skeletal being, its form composed of coagulated blood and fragmented bone fragments. Its crimson visage exudes an unsettling aura, and its skeletal limbs move with an unnatural fluidity, driven by malevolent forces. The Bloodforged Revenant is drawn to the scent of fresh blood, seeking to absorb it into its grotesque form to strengthen its otherworldly existence.
