Innate Spellcasting. The dryad’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 22). The dryad can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: druidcraft, guidance, thorn whip, create or destroy water, entangle, faerie fire, goodberry, conjure animals, plant growth, grasping vine, ensnaring strike, dissonant whispers, crown of madness
10/day each: enhance ability, moonbeam, blight, tree stride, heal
3/day each: sunbeam, wall of thorns, regenerate
1/day each: feeblemind
Magic Resistance. Yuri has an advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Speak with Beasts and Plants. Yuri can communicate with beasts and plants as if they share a language.
Claws. Yuri grows claws from her fingertips. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (5d12) slashing damage.
Axe of the Spring Queen. Yuri summons a Battleaxe made from steel and magical wood. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 49 (10d8) slashing damage.
Fey Charm. Yuri targets one humanoid or beast that she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see Yuri, it must succeed on a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed. The charmed creature regards Yuri as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. Although the target isn’t under Yuri’s control, it takes Yuri’s requests or actions in the most favorable way it can.
Each time Yuri or her allies do anything harmful to the target, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Otherwise, the effect lasts 24 hours or until Yuri dismisses it. If a target’s saving throw is successful, the target is immune to the dryad’s Fey Charm for the next 24 hours.
Yuri can have no more than one humanoid and up to ten beasts charmed at a time.

Let me tell you a story, my dearest.
A story about a elfen child who was switched with a feywild child. Raised to be puppet under the piercing gaze of Tatiana, the Queen of summer. Turned into a blood-draining parasite by her queenship and bred into a battleaxe wielding killer.
Yuri, once an elfen child born to parents in the silent town of Olguard, was stolen in her sleep by the Queen of Summer, Tatiana. She was replaced with a lookalike feywild child.
Tatiana bred her into the role of the Queen of Seasons, a puppet queen so the Summer Queen wouldn't have to get her hands dirty. To ensure that Yuri would stay in place, she made her hungry for the blood. She promised Yuri the substances that kept her alive only if she stayed by her side or she would be seen as a monster by anyone and everyone. Yuri agreed and Tatiana turned her new child into a killing machine, a battleaxe-wielding soldier who would slice down the Summer Queen's enemies whenever she wanted.
Yuri did not learn of this horribleness till she was 1,000 years old age. She learned from her beloved, Zenix, an elfen traitor to the queen whom Yuri had fallen for. She lashed out at the Queen but Tatiana easily subdued her. She planted falsities in Yuri's mind that she was all she had and that her parents did not want such a horrible child. Yuri once again fell for it and remained by the Queen's side.
She grew brutal and angry, her softer form slowly turning into a sharper self like needles. Her light green color traded for the colors of blood and the night. She was dubbed the Queen of Seasons because of how rapidly her mood changed. She grew violent and began to torture anyone and everyone who incurred her wrath.
